SELF-CONTENTMENT
We live in a world of differences and inequality. There are great difference among mankind in terms f economy, social, caste creed and even race. There great inequally of being rich and poor, being smart or intelligent and dumb, and even being fair and dark. Despite all these diferences, being happy and ratisfied with what you are, whether rich or poor is called self-contentment.
Self-Contentment among manking in the olden days can be cited as a good example. There was complete satisfaction and happiness with what they are. They didn’t desire for any better livelihood. They live peacefully and with great exphony or harmony.
But as the light of development shines upon mankind, man as if having new eyesight began to see further and better. He starts looking for new things and thus, many new things sprang up which serves the welfare of manking. He began to work for his own benefits and satifaction, but never care for others. He began to walk in the path of selfishness. He built his own building, get his own cars and starts completing with his neighbour, trying to create himself as the best. He began to envy his neighbour and his possessions and is no longer content with himself. Competition among students is a good example that can be sited.
When there is no self-contentment, jealously, hatred and many evil things began to developed among mankind. Man even lay traps for his neighbour to be caught there so that he can be the best. Man began to be evil. Unity no longer persist among manking. Man began fight with his own neighbour. The two great wars which the world had already withnessed is a very good example. It is a result of competition among manking, being fighting for the best.
Had there been self-contentment among mankind, the two great wars would not be there. Millions of lives would be spared. There will be less handicapped and hungry children. There will be love, peace andunity amng mankind. There won’t be hatred and jealousy. The present condition of the world will not be there. There will be no conflicts and wars, everyone will be peaceful.
Self-contentment is the best medicine for mankind. It has no side-effects. It has no expiry dates. Infact, it will expired if mankind is not contented with himself, self-contentment reduces wars and conflicttensions and fears. Therefore, a contented person is always healthy both phyically and mentally as a saying goes “a self-contented man is happy man”. Self-contentment is the need of the hour.

WHAT YOU WERE BORN TO BE
Today, I recommit to all I hold dear. To let the world know, through these pages of words. That there are great people, from near and far. Who know it’s better to be motivated and positive and swing from stars. Than to be negative, hopless and trapped behind sel-imposed bars. I know there is negatively spewing throughout the land. And sometimes it’s hard to be positive. To tell your mind to believe, as you originally planned. But, I have seen goodness and kindness, the imposible attained. It has to do with self-beief commitment and action. Never giving up and trying again and again.I feel this positive vibration everyday. So many out there, trying to be. A role model for others to see. A smile, agentle touch,  a hand to hold. A written thought that shows a heart of Gold. Overcoiming obstacles, a small and bold. Never giving up on the dream that their haart unfolds. We are scattered across this planet, yet connected as one.
People who care and have work to be done. Work that says “You matter. You can do this, be strong.Remember when you couldn’t then? See how you won?” So when you feel lost and down in your day. Remember to look into your heart and ask, “Who do I want to be today? Someone with hope, faith and commitment? Is this possible for me?” I suspect your heart will smile
